Patient Memberships

Patient memberships are offered through the Total Health Institute to patients based upon their treatment, needs, and knowledge level.  If you are a patient and have not received a coupon code to use for membership, please check with the REV staff at 630-871-0000.  The coupon code will drop the cost to $0 when used, and must match the email that you use for registration.
