Do RF fields cause cancer and “leaky brain?” Are some vaccines dangerous, some possibly causing autism? Are chemicals used in American foods making us sick? Was there an explosion of chronic diseases that started around 1989, continuing through today? Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has raised such questions before and during his bid to be President of the U.S. Now he has been selected by President-elect Trump as the head of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). His selection is drawing objections from both Republicans and Democrats that consider him to be too controversial and against traditional medicine. They say he doesn’t have the medical credentials to make appropriate health decisions.

RFK Jr. was very outspoken during the COVID era against forced vaccinations, government mandates, and masking requirements. He was a proponent of natural immunity. As such, much of the medical community branded him as a radical. RFK is in fantastic physical shape, and a strong proponent of exercise. He points out that many American foods are banned in European countries because of chemicals that they contain, and that these chemicals are making us chronically sick. Now the institutions which sell food, prescription drugs, and medical care are trying to shut down his appointment to HHS.

Make America Healthy Again
RFK Jr. was a Democrat, then he switched to Independent after the Democrat party went to great lengths to keep him out of the primary process. Finally he terminated his presidential bid and endorsed Donald Trump. He expressed his desire to improve public health, then Trump enthusiastically embraced the new MAHA movement. Now we are having a national debate about health and wellness because RFK is so “radical”. He may not be correct in all his ideas, but he promises to shake up the current system.

His turnabout has shocked many big businesses, such as the pharmaceutical industry, because RFK is challenging them. His appointment would give teeth to his efforts to improve health naturally. Exactly what he would do, and what he can do as the head of HHS is unknown, but his premise is that the current healthcare system is in trouble and needs an overhaul.

Regardless of the validity of his viewpoints, he is getting serious consideration because the healthcare, food, and drug systems in this country are flawed. Americans are not leaders in their level of health or their lifespan. Statistically Americans live 2-3 years less than residents in other Western industrialized countries. Europe has stricter food standards and bans on GMOs (genetically modified organisms) in foods. That could be one of the reasons we are falling behind in our health. Here is another….

In the area of physical fitness, American performance is terrible. RFK practices what he preaches: he is in excellent physical condition himself. He believes that an important element of making Americans healthier is exercise. As he has said, “A country is as strong, really, as its citizens. And, I think that mental and physical health go hand in hand.”

Over the hill
Research backs him up. Not only do those who are physically stronger generally avoid frailty in their later years, but they also often extend the length of their latter years. As we age, the mechanisms that repair and rebuild are slowing, so we can consider aging is a downhill process. We all reach the bottom eventually. But when we start the downhill journey at a higher point, it takes longer to get down that hill. We spend more time on the upper part of the hill, and will be better off than those around us at the same chronological age. Sadly, the majority of Americans are quite far down the hill already, and are not even past midlife.

Published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, researchers considered a collection of strength/weakness and body size/mass indicators against time to mortality (remaining lifespan). A single strength indicator could only provide an estimate of time to mortality, but taken together, their indicators were very effective predictors. As they noted, “Weakness determined by a composite measure of absolute and body size adjusted strength capacity provides robust prediction of time to mortality…”

Or consider this study published in the American Journal of Medicine, where researchers analyzed data collected from 3,659 study participants. Their study concluded, “Muscle mass, independent of fat mass and cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors, is inversely associated with mortality risk in older adults.”

A study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine was even more direct. Reviewing 16 studies of the effects of muscle-building exercise, they concluded: “Muscle-strengthening activities were associated with a 10–17% lower risk of all-cause mortality, cardiovascular disease (CVD), total cancer, diabetes and lung cancer.” A lower risk of mortality means greater longevity. These benefits were achieved at between 30-60 minutes of muscle-strengthening activities per week.

A strong need
There is nothing radical about these studies. Strength conditioning is also lifespan and healthspan conditioning. Why would building muscle add years to a life? There are many reasons. The most obvious is that greater strength is the opposite of frailty, and since falls are a great hazard to old people, the chances of a life-altering fall are reduced. Second is like the first: low bone density is a risk to older people, and falls with weak bones could ruin someone’s remaining life. Muscle strengthening also strengthens the bones that support the muscles.

Muscles demand a higher metabolism to support them, but muscles also aid circulation directly. As muscles contract, they push blood through one-way valves in the veins, aiding the heart, so muscles help circulation. They also use up sugar, even when inactive, so more muscle mass uses more sugar and thus inhibits blood sugar imbalances and diabetes. Finally, the improved circulation, sugar management, and oxygenation improve brain function — not to mention the mental boost from the sense of empowerment that the strength provides. You are enabled, not disabled!

If you need motivation, just notice how many people at a grocery store or department store are frail, walking poorly, leaning on their carts for stability, or hunched over. Yes, we are an aging society and there are plenty of old folks around, but how many are aged beyond their years? The signs of a weakened America are all over. RFK Jr’s desire to make us healthier may fall on deaf ears, but we will be better off if we pay attention. Let’s make America healthy by making its people strong — starting with each of us. MAHA!

Dr. Nemec’s Review

What the studies show: strength equals health, and health promotes strength.

How do you think top athletes and Olympic athletes go one step higher than everyone else? They work on their health at a very high degree. They are not sickly. They are not weak. They are focused and dedicated, and all potential Olympic athletes train to maximize their health so what separates one from the crowd? Now with advanced testing, nutritional genetic testing, one can optimize their genes and optimize their performance. This makes a big difference at the finish line. This is the one 10th of a second edge that separates the gold medalist from all the other great athletes which possess the same skill and ability. And this edge is available to you!

We do all these tests at Revolution New Medicine. We’ve helped people over the last 40 years, including professional athletes, optimize their potential and their performance — becoming better, stronger, faster, even more focused, because now the focus is balanced in body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

What is the dictionary definition of strength?

  1. The quality or state of being physically strong.
  2. The capacity of an object or substance to withstand great force or pressure.
  3. A person perceived as a source of mental or emotional support.

Let’s focus on the second one, How much force or pressure someone can take?

Now let’s go back to building muscle: muscles move bone, and when muscles move bones with weight, we call them strong muscles. So how do you get strong muscles? How do you get a strong body of muscles? How do you reap the benefits of these research publications, which are greater longevity and increased quality of life?

Simple. You know the phrase: no pain, no gain — or we could say, no pain, no strength.

To build new muscle, you first must break down the muscle fiber to do this, so you have to push the muscle beyond its normal capacity that it’s used to. After you do this, it repairs with a bigger, thicker muscle fiber, which has the ability to contract even stronger. So that’s how you do it: you push beyond your normal capacity, stretch your boundaries to a higher level and the body strengthens, adapting to the new level.

Now let’s look at the mental-emotional definition: A person who is the rock in any storm of life. This rock will not be shaken. We see this with trees. They grow extensive root systems so when the storms come, they can withstand it because the roots are deep in the ground anchoring them.

How do you strengthen muscles?

  1. Time
  2. Dedication
  3. Habit
  4. Focusing on the outcome

It takes time to work the muscles in the body and exercise routine can go anywhere from 20 minutes up to two hours. They should be done a minimum of three times a week — so you must be dedicated, and this must become a part of your life.

What is a habit?
It’s something you do day in and day out without thinking about it. It becomes automatic.

How do you make the habit?
By taking the time and dedicating that time without any interruptions of those times and days. You put this in high priority. After three months six months max, it’s a habit.

What does a habit mean?
It means that activity neurologically has been written into the neural tissue in the brain and nervous system. You are now wired for that activity. That’s what makes it “auto pilot.”

How to make habits happen?
Most people are programmed to fail from early childhood because of the subconscious programming written into their brains and neural tissues from that early environment of need and lack. What is needed to break through, to break free, is to release the old and rewrite the new. This is what our protocol has been for the last 40 years at Revolution New Medicine. You cannot write a new program overriding negative programs. You must first release the negative programming and then reprogram with Truth — with your True identity.

You will know the Truth because you are now programmed with Truth, and only because you were able to release all the subconscious stored lie programs.

And the Truth will set you free from the lie that has been programmed in your subconscious mind.
